You instantaneously receive a confirmation when using the online booking service. For all other types of request, you will have an answer within less than 24 hours. Our office hours are from 10.00 to 19.00 (GMT +1). If you send your request within these hours, we will answer as soon as possible. Is it really save to send my credit card number through the net ? 

Our server encodes all your personal information (e.g. name, address, credit card number) and they can not be read while being send. If nevertheless you prefer not to send these information through internet, you can contact us by phone +33.1.4346.2070, by fax +33.1.4346.2071 or by email.
How does my "account" work ? 

As soon as you open an "account in our website, we use the given information to create your personal folder. You can afterwards directly connect with your password and your identification for making new bookings, check already existing bookings and have access to our promotions as well as the list with all your advantages.

And if I do not like the hotel upon my arrival ? 

All our hotels have been chosen according to their quality and the service they offer. We encourage our clients to leave their comments in our website and tell us about their impressions. If you are not satisfied with your hotel, please let us know. We depend on our customers commentaries for being kept informed about the quality of the hotels. If there is a problem which cannot be solved directly with the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.
At what time can I check in ? 

In general you can check in at 12.00 o'clock. If you wish to check in earlier, you have to contact the hotel directly. Most hotels will keep your luggage if you arrive early and the room is not ready. Please let us know if you arrive later than 8.00 p.m. so that we can inform the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, please sign your voucher and hand it to the reception.
Room type : what does single, double, twin, deluxe or superior room mean ? 

Single rooms have a single bed suited for one person. A double room is for two people, sharing one bed, whereas a twin room has two single beds. The deluxe or superior rooms are generally double or twin rooms, but distinctly more comfortable and more spacious.
Room Type : bed configuration 

Upon reception of your confirmation, BSP Hotels do guarantee your booking in a room for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people as booked and paid for. Whilst every effort will be made by BSP Hotels and the hotelier to ensure bed configuration in each room type is adhered to at the time of arrival, BSP Hotels will only guarantee that the room allocated will accommodate the relevant amount of residents and not the bed configuration (Two separate beds instead of one double bed, etc).
Are the prices per person or per room ? What is included ? 

All prices quoted are per room including taxes and some also include breakfast. All other extras (telephone, mini-bar) have to be paid directly to the hotel.
Classification, how are hotels classified ? 

Star ratings are attributed to each of the hotels featured on our site to help you evaluate their overall quality, level of service and range of facilities. Because the applied criteria varies in every country, BSP Hotels apply our own ratings to all products featured, based on our regular visits and monitoring of each hotel and their overall comparison with the rest of our products within each city. These ratings are therefore given for information purposes only and are not to be taken as a guarantee from BSP Hotels.
The classification of the hotel depends on its comfort and equipment. 5 stars: luxury hotel of very high standard, 4 stars: hotel of high standard, 3 stars: very comfortable hotel, 2 stars: comfortable hotel, 1 star: simple hotel with basic comfort.
We are travelling with children. Can they be in the same room with us ?

How long in advance do I have to book ? 

As soon as you have chosen a date, do not hesitate to contact us for your booking. If you plan to travel during the high season ( April to July, September and October) make your bookings as early as possible, as these month are very busy. There are as well sporting events, fairs, New Years Eve and other dates where it is difficult to find a hotel. Therefore it is better to book in advance.
Where can I park my car ? 

Parking can be quite difficult in Paris. But you will probably find a public parking close to your hotel.
General Hotel Standards / Cultural Differences ? 

Hotel standards vary from country to country. Room sizes in major cities such as New York and London will often tend to be small as this is connected to the very high prices of buildings in these expensive cities. It is also important to note that in major touristic cities such as New York, London, Rome (and this is especially true for hotels in the lowest categories) that hotels are likely to offer less quality for a higher average rate than other cities, as this is connected to the popularity of these cities.
